I have been on both sides of the fence - after graduating from college, I moved to London where I worked as a temp. When I returned to the States I worked for a management consulting firm where I hired groups of temporary staff to assist with projects.

Favorite Aspect of My Job
After being both a temp and a client, I felt I was treated as "just another temp" or "just another client." I wanted to get into staffing because I felt I could do a much better job at managing and developing relationships with employees and clients.
Hobbies and/or Interests
Tennis, traveling (I've lived in England, Germany, and South Africa), and spending time with family.
