Key Areas of Responsibility

I'm the Sr. Technical Recruiter, responsible for handling all the technical staffing needs of Davidson's legal and administrative clients. If our clients have a need for IT professionals, I'm the one they call!

Skills and Experience

My background is a combination of communications and Information Technology. Prior to working for Davidson, I was an online producer for one of the first web magazines. I also worked for a major game development company in Irvine. Not to mention I got my hands dirty in IT and worked as a desktop support and help desk professional during my college years.

  • Bachelors of Arts from Ithaca College, Graduated Magna Cum Laude
    Major: Media Studies
    Minors: Organizational Communication, Learning and Design & English

Favorite Aspect of My Job

I love being able to place someone in a job and have them come back 6 months or years later and say "Thank you Shay, you helped me find a job that I love." I also love working with all the wonderful supportive people at Davidson. It's great to work with a company where your voice is heard and your opinion counts.

Photography, Dualsport Motorcycling, Kayaking, Volunteering with the San Bernardino National Forest Adopt a Trail, Jeeping and traveling.
