Building relationships with my candidates. I have been recruiting for a short period of time but have already experienced the benefits of working as a recruiter. I love the feeling I get when I place a candidate in an assignment that is a perfect fit for them. I empathize with my candidates and I make sure I do all that I can to assist them in their job search.
