Sue Davidson - Founder
Sue Davidson started in the staffing business in 1974 and amassed an impressive track record of successful placements and loyal clients. Her reputation and experience have served as a strong foundation for our company. Sue retired in 2007, and now acts as a consultant to Davidson Staffing.

Sangeeta has been a recruiter with Davidson since 1999. During her time with us, she has worked with technical and administrative recruiting and is currently with the legal staffing division. Sangeeta has worked as a freelance journalist and as a program officer working in Asia for five years with non-profit organizations. Sangeeta's hobbies include reading, shopping, sleeping in.

Tracy joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2005, and is responsible for recruiting and placing top legal candidates in direct hire positions. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Having been both a temporary and a staffing client herself, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Janice has been working in the staffing industry since 2000 and joined Davidson in early 2002. Originally from New York, Janice earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. She worked as a paralegal at a prominent New York law firm for more than two years, so she understands the daily demands of working in the legal industry. Janice's dedication to quality customer service drives her to develop relationships with each of her candidates, helping them identify their career goals and placing them in their ideal jobs. Janice is active with the Bay Area professional associations Davidson supports including SFLPA, ACLSA and SFPA. In her spare time, Janice enjoys hiking and seeing live music. She is currently learning to play the mandolin.

Courtney joined the Davidson team in 2007. She brings with her 15 years of customer service as well as four years of experience working within the legal field. Amanda graduated from Chapman University in 2003 with studies in Public Relations and Sociology, and joined Davidson shortly after as a Research Assistant. She quickly advanced into a junior account management role, due to her ability to develop strong candidate relationships and utilize her excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Now as a Legal Temporary Specialist, Amanda is responsible for placing candidates in temporary roles in law firms throughout Orange County and enjoys helping candidates through a major transition in their lives. Amanda's genuine excitement for the industry has played a significant factor in her success. Her interests include the Beatles, General Hospital, reality TV and reading, as well as spending time with her family and close friends.

Gretchen Wolf - Jr. Recruiter

Gretchen Wolf is a licensed attorney in Minnesota, and worked as a contract attorney in Minneapolis before moving to California. Gretchen's background is unique and diverse: she has a B.A. in Japanese and a J.D. with a certified concentration in International Law, in addition to being a figure skating coach, instructor, and certified ISI Skating Judge. Gretchen joined our San Francisco office in early 2007 and is responsible for recruiting Bay Area legal talent.

Rebecca Belice joined Davidson in 2005, and is is responsible for developing new contract paralegal and attorney business in the San Diego and Orange County region. She has both a B.A. in Communications and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Maryland. After working as a litigation paralegal for 10 years, she started her own contract paralegal service in San Diego, where she managed the entire operations including marketing, sales, staffing, payroll, billing and human resources. Rebecca likes meeting new people of all different backgrounds and enjoys the social aspect of her business development role at Davidson.

Molly Hoot, Esq. - Attorney Recruiter/Account Manager

Molly joined Davidson Attorneys, our contract attorney staffing division, in 2005. As a strategic staffing consultant, she counsels law firms and corporations on staffing alternatives designed to facilitate case management and lower legal expenses. She is also responsible for recruiting and placing skilled, qualified lawyers on our legal projects or in temporary to hire positions. Molly received a B.A. Degree in English from the University of Iowa, and her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Cum Laude. She received American Jurisprudence awards in Civil Procedure and Professional responsibility, and Honors in Real Property, Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing.
