Nikki Kelly, CSP - President
Nikki Kelly joined Davidson Staffing in 1996 after starting in the industry in 1992.
Nikki oversees multiple Davidson offices and teams, and is responsible for ensuring
that all clients and candidates receive only the highest level of service. She also
focuses on staff training and development to promote growth and advancement amongst
the Davidson team members.

Sangeeta Agrawal, CSP - Executive Director
Orange County Office
Sangeeta has been with Davidson Staffing since 1999. She has her Post Graduate degree in English Literature from Delhi University, India. During her time with us, she has worked with technical and administrative recruiting and presently manages Davidson’s legal Staffing Division. Prior to Davidson, Sangeeta worked as a freelance journalist/writer, and as a program officer for the Australian Aid Program in Asia. Sangeeta has been very successful at networking within the legal community and really enjoys meeting people and building relationships. In her free time she likes to read and travel with her family.
Diana Baker - Director of Business Development
Orange County Office
Diana Baker is a former law firm administrator with over 20 years of experience
in the legal field. Diana is responsible for developing new business in Orange County
and the Bay Area. She is the brains behind our customized legal candidate testing
and our legal educational programs and seminars, including our popular monthly legal
related software tips and tricks training sessions. Diana's extensive legal background
provides us valuable insight into how law firms operate, so we can provide the best
assistance to our clients.
Lavinia Mason - Senior Legal Recruiter
Los Angeles Office
Lavinia works with our account managers, recruiting top-notch legal secretaries and paralegals in the Los Angeles area. For Lavinia, the best part of her job is placing candidates in positions that absolutely love and having them tell her that they only want to work with Davidson Staffing because they trust us.
Angela Parkinson - Executive Director
San Diego Office
Angela Parkinson joined Davidson’s San Diego office as Executive Director in 2004, and brings to Davidson more than 12 years of experience in staffing. Angela and her team have taken the San Diego office to great heights, and her office is proud to be known as the #1 legal staffing firm in San Diego. Angela is directly responsible for managing Davidson’s local operations as well as overseeing the ongoing development and expansion of the Davidson Legal Staffing brands in the Southern California marketplace. Her expertise lies in providing law firm clients and in-house legal departments with solutions for decreasing their legal spend by engaging Davidson to work on their large-scale and specialized staffing needs.
Amanda Porter - Amanda Porter - Legal Account Manager
Orange County Office
Amanda graduated from Chapman University in 2003 with studies in Public Relations and Sociology, and she joined Davidson shortly after as a Research Assistant. She quickly advanced her role due to her ability to develop strong candidate bonds and utilize her excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Amanda enjoys the challenge of fulfilling both candidate and client needs, and enjoys most helping and supporting people through one of life’s major transitions. The fast and changing pace within recruiting keeps Amanda passionate about the industry, and she values above all the relationships she’s formed over the years. Her interests include the Beatles, reading and food, as well as spending time with her family and close friends.
Pamela Toro - Attorney Search Consultant
Los Angeles Office
Pamela is an accomplished executive consultant with more than sixteen years of experience
in counseling corporations and law firms. She joined Davidson in 2000, and has played
an integral role in developing our business in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Pamela is currently leading the charge for all attorney recruiting and hiring in
our Los Angeles region, including contract attorneys and paralegals, lateral associates,
partners, and in-house counsel. Her mission with each placement is to gain an in-depth
understanding of her client's business objectives, in order to negotiate that perfect
match between job seeker and potential employer.

Alicia Vargas - Senior Legal Recruiter
San Diego Office
Alicia Vargas has been in the staffing industry since 2003, and joined Davidson Legal Staffing In 2005. Her primary roles are the recruitment and placement of direct hire candidates with law firms and in-house corporate legal departments. Additionally, Alicia is responsible for business development and the management of new and existing accounts, and she frequently speaks on resume writing and interview preparation for various legal associations. Her favorite aspect of the job is matching a great candidate with a great firm.

Nicole Sutton - Senior Recruiter
San Diego Office
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in International
Relations and Spanish. Nicole has been in the staffing industry since 2000, and
originally joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2004. In 2008, Nicole took an opportunity
at a leading San Diego law firm as an in-house attorney recruiter. Fortunately for
us, Nicole decided to re-join us in 2010 as an attorney recruiter with Davidson
Attorneys. Nicole brings with her a depth of understanding of the San Diego candidate
base and her personal drive to provide her clients and candidates the highest level
of service.

Shannon Adams, CSP - Executive Director of Legal IT Recruiting
Shannon's division is responsible for the placement of Information Technology and
Litigation Support specialists for the legal industry. Shannon has been with Davidson
since 1997, and holds a degree in Business and Human Resources from Chico State
University. Her business colleagues know Shannon for her integrity, listening skills,
and her understanding of their specific staffing and career advancement objectives.
She has built an outstanding reputation for successful IT placements and is committed
to providing superior service.
Heather Kaufmann - Technical Recruiter
Heather joined Davidson Technical Staffing in early 2011. As a Technical Recruiter she specializes in placing professional technical candidates within the legal environment at top law firms and corporations. Prior to joining Davidson, Heather spent 13 years in staffing for the medical field, including three years in Canada recruiting nurses to the United States.

Jessica Cope – Branch Coordinator, San Diego
Jessica is often the first person visitors meet as they enter our San Diego office, and she’s instrumental in making sure the office runs smoothly. She is a recent graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Education/Applied Psychology. Jessica enjoys the “people” aspect of the job – interacting with candidates and clients and ensuring they receive the very best customer service when they call or visit our office.
Tiffaney White – Branch Coordinator, Orange County
Tiffaney is responsible for the administrative operations of our corporate office in Irvine, assisting our president and supporting our branch offices. She has more than six years of corporate administrative experience, and is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management at UC Riverside.
Tonnicia Cairo – Branch Coordinator, Los Angeles
Tonnicia provides operational and administrative support for our Los Angeles office, as well as the Phoenix and Los Angeles offices of Special Counsel. With more than 18 years of administrative experience, she is instrumental in keeping our offices running smoothly.
