Sue Davidson - Founder
Sue Davidson started in the staffing business in 1974 and amassed an impressive track record of successful placements and loyal clients. Her reputation and experience have served as a strong foundation for our company. Sue retired in 2007, and now acts as a consultant to Davidson Staffing.
Jennifer Evans, CSP - President
Jennifer is a veteran of Davidson Staffing who joined the company in 1991. She has more than 18 years of experience in the staffing industry. Jennifer focuses on enhancing client services and ensuring that Davidson's unique quality of service is not compromised as we continue to grow.
Nikki Kelly, CSP - Regional Vice President
Nikki Kelly has been in the staffing industry since 1992 and with Davidson Staffing since 1996. Her outstanding strengths in client development and relationship building ensure our clients receive the best of care. Her knowledge of the industry produces high quality candidates and superior customer service.

Sangeeta Agrawal, CSP - Executive Director
Orange County Office
Sangeeta has been a recruiter with Davidson since 1999. She has her Post Graduate degree in English Literature from Delhi University, India. During her time with us, she has worked with technical and administrative recruiting and is currently the Senior Recruiter with the legal staffing division. Prior to Davidson, Sangeeta worked as a freelance journalist/writer, and as a program officer for the Australian Aid Program in Asia. Sangeeta has been very successful at networking within the legal community and really enjoys meeting people and building relationships. In her free time she likes to read and travel with her family.
Diana Baker - Director of Business Development
Orange County Office
Diana Baker is a former law firm administrator with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Diana is responsible for developing new business in Orange County and the Bay Area. She is the brains behind our customized legal candidate testing and our legal educational programs and seminars, including our popular monthly legal related software tips and tricks training sessions. Diana's extensive legal background provides us valuable insight into how law firms operate, so we can provide the best assistance to our clients.
Araceli Coronel - Legal Recruiter
Los Angeles Office
Araceli joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2006, and specializes in recruiting high-level legal candidates. She has more than seven years of customer service and relationship building experience, and is currently working to complete her Bachelors degree in Business Management at Cal Poly Pomona. Araceli's favorite aspect of recruiting is the joy of placing her candidates in their ideal positions.
Antonette Cunanan - Legal Recruiter, Temporary Accounts
San Diego Office
Antonette (Anto) Cunanan joined Davidson Legal Staffing as a Legal Recruiter in April of 2008. Antonette is responsible for placing top legal candidates in temporary and temp-to-hire roles. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration in 2004. After over four years of experience in marketing and client services, Antonette decided to transition into the staffing industry due to her love of helping and interacting with people. She loves the excitement and fast paced environment staffing has to offer. Born and raised in San Diego, her main interests include supporting the Chargers and Padres, and eating.
Janice Klingele - Senior Legal Recruiter
San Francisco Office
Janice has been working in the staffing industry since 2000 and joined Davidson in early 2002. Originally from New York, Janice earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. She worked as a paralegal at a prominent New York law firm for more than two years, so she understands the daily demands of working in the legal industry. Janice's dedication to quality customer service drives her to develop relationships with each of her candidates, helping them identify their career goals and placing them in their ideal jobs. Janice is active with the Bay Area professional associations Davidson supports including SFLPA, ACLSA and SFPA. In her spare time, Janice enjoys hiking and seeing live music.
Courtney Olivas - Legal Recruiter
Orange County Office
Courtney joined the Davidson team in 2007. She brings with her 15 years of customer service as well as four years of experience working within the legal field. With her outgoing and upbeat personality she is the perfect fit for our team. Courtney's relationship with Davidson began back in 2003 when she came to us as a candidate and we successfully placed her. Courtney says, "Davidson listened to me. They placed me in firms that not only met my needs but were the perfect match for my personality. I look forward to doing the same for someone else!" In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and spending as much time with her family as possible.
Angela Parkinson - Executive Director
San Diego Office
Angela Parkinson is a graduate of Mercyhurst College in Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management. She brings to Davidson more than nine years of experience in staffing, along with a strong recruiting track record in a wide variety of industries including biomedical, information technology, telecommunications, insurance and healthcare. Angela appreciates the mutual respect for clients and candidates we share here at Davidson Staffing.
Amanda Porter - Legal Recruiter, Temporary Accounts
Orange County Office
Amanda graduated from Chapman University in 2003 with studies in Public Relations and Sociology, and joined Davidson shortly after as a Research Assistant. She quickly advanced into a junior account management role, due to her ability to develop strong candidate relationships and utilize her excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Now as a Legal Temporary Specialist, Amanda is responsible for placing candidates in temporary roles in law firms throughout Orange County and enjoys helping candidates through a major transition in their lives. Amanda's genuine excitement for the industry has played a significant factor in her success. Her interests include the Beatles, General Hospital, reality TV and reading, as well as spending time with her family and close friends.
Daniele Souza, CSP - Senior Executive Recruiter
Orange County Office
Daniele Souza joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2000, and helped launch our San Diego office as a legal recruiter before joining our Orange County legal division. She manages daily operations of our legal recruiting team, ensuring that we provide the best possible customer service. With more than 15 years' experience in the services industry, Daniele's strength is in providing good honest service, making solid connections, and finding the right fit for both client and candidate. In her spare time Daniele enjoys spending time with her family: husband Kevin, daughter Megan and two Shih Tzu dogs. A perfect weekend includes visiting the Central Coast for wine tasting, camping in the Sierra's or just having a BBQ at home with the family.
Teryn Spencer, CSP - Legal Recruiter

Teryn joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2003 and is responsible for direct hire, temporary and temp to hire legal placements. Her outgoing personality and genuine concern for her candidates make her a great asset to our people oriented recruiting team. Teryn's favorite aspect of working for Davidson is our focus on candidate relations. She says, "It is important to me that when candidates walk though these doors they don't feel like just another number." She connects with candidates and clients and thrives on finding that solid match.
Pamela Toro - Attorney Search Consultant
Los Angeles Office
Pamela is an accomplished executive consultant with more than sixteen years of experience in counseling corporations and law firms. She joined Davidson in 2000, and has played an integral role in developing our business in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Pamela is currently leading the charge for all attorney recruiting and hiring in our Los Angeles region, including contract attorneys and paralegals, lateral associates, partners, and in-house counsel. Her mission with each placement is to gain an in-depth understanding of her client's business objectives, in order to negotiate that perfect match between job seeker and potential employer.

Nicole Keljik-Sutton - Attorney Recruiter

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in International Relations and Spanish. Nicole has been in the staffing industry since 2000, and originally joined Davidson Legal Staffing in 2004. In 2008, Nicole took an opportunity at a leading San Diego law firm as an in-house attorney recruiter. Fortunately for us, Nicole decided to re-join us in 2010 as an attorney recruiter with Davidson Attorneys. Nicole brings with her a depth of understanding of the San Diego candidate base and her personal drive to provide her clients and candidates the highest level of service.
Kathryn Konzen, Esq. - Attorney Recruiter and Account Manager
San Diego Office
Kathryn Konzen is a recent addition to Davidson Attorneys, where she is responsible for business development and attorney recruiting in San Diego. She combines more than a decade of legal experience with seven years in business to business sales, and has both a California Bar license and an ABA approved paralegal certificate. Kathryn's background is a perfect fit for her new role in the staffing industry, where she enjoys meeting candidates and matching them to new positions.

Kristen Reza has been working in the staffing industry since 2001 and joined Davidson in 2004. She is a graduate of University of California, San Diego with a degree in Psychology and Biology, and also attended the University of San Francisco School of Law for two years. Kristen specializes in placing attorneys and paralegals.

Shannon's division is responsible for the placement of Information Technology and Litigation Support specialists for the legal industry. Shannon has been with Davidson since 1997, and holds a degree in Business and Human Resources from Chico State University. Her business colleagues know Shannon for her integrity, listening skills, and her understanding of their specific staffing and career advancement objectives. She has built an outstanding reputation for successful IT placements and is committed to providing superior service.
Aaron Hahn, CSP - Technical Recruiter

Aaron joined Davidson as a Technical Recruiter in 2006 while working to complete his Bachelor's degree in communications at Cal State Fullerton. His strong people skills and persistence are the keys to his success at finding and qualifying talented technical candidates. Aaron finds great fulfillment in talking with candidates and helping them find their ideal positions.
Shay Welch, CSP - Senior Technical Recruiter

Shay Welch has been with Davidson Technical Staffing, the technical division of Davidson since 1998. As the Senior Technical Recruiter she specializes in placing professional technical candidates with prominent technical, legal and professional service companies throughout Southern California. She has a degree in Communications and AIRS certification, in addition to seven years of experience working for technology companies, including a software and web development company, and as an IT professional.
