Q: How will I know that my referral has been received?

A: Your referral will be acknowledged via email within a few days.

Q: Does Davidson Staffing charge job seekers for its placement services?

A: Absolutely not. Davidson Staffing's services are 100% free to job seekers, and the friends you refer are under no obligation to work with us.

Q: I'm concerned about giving my contact information, and my friend's contact information. Will it be kept private?

A: We will keep your contact information in strict confidence. We do not share or sell or candidates' contact information to any third parties. If you'd prefer, you may instruct your friend to send their resume on their own, making sure to mention your name and contact information as the referrer.

Q: How/when will I be paid my referral bonus?

A: We will send your referral bonus check to you once your referral has met the eligibility requirements (90 days on the job for direct hire positions, 200 hours of work for temporary positions). If your contact information changes within the first 12 months after your referral submission, please email referrals@davidsonstaffing.com with your updated contact information. Please be sure to include the name of the person you referred.

Q: Can I refer myself?

A: Nice try, but no cigar! Candidates cannot refer themselves and be eligible for a referral bonus.

Q: How many candidates can I submit?

A: You may submit as many qualified candidates as you wish. Remember our specialty areas are legal, administrative, and IT/Technical placements.

Q: What is considered to be a qualified referral?

A: A qualified referral is a candidate who has not already been submitted to us in the past 12 months. Referrals are good up to one year from the date of their submission.
