We pay generous referral bonuses and if you submit the most qualified referrals during our Referral Contest, you could win a trip to Hawaii!
- $250 for referrals resulting in a direct hire placement*
- $150 for referrals resulting in a temporary placement*
How to Enter
- Refer your friends to Davidson Staffing by completing the referral form.
- For each friend we place in a direct hire position, you get a $250 referral bonus.*
- For each friend we place on a temporary assignment, you get a $150 referral bonus.*
- Earn additional bonuses for referring multiple friends.
- If you submit the most qualified* referrals between February 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008 (a minimum of 3 is required), then ALOHA!
* The Fine Print
- A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a referral submission for a person who is not in the Davidson Staffing database at the time of such referral's submission and who has his/her first assignment/placement through Davidson Staffing with a start date between February 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008. - Bonuses for direct hire referrals are paid after the referred hire has been on active payroll for 90 days. Bonuses for temporary placements are paid after the referred employee has worked 200 hours.
- Bonus amount may vary, depending on location and position.
- Bonuses are taxable income.
- Since there may be duplication of names referred to us, both from other people providing referrals, and by our own recruiters who may already be working with a candidate, Davidson Staffing reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral bonus is due, and to whom.
