Key role will be to manage the direct hire placement process and develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the placement process, pro-actively recruiting new candidates, interviewing and screening candidates, verifying previous employment, administering skill assessments, skill marketing qualified candidates to active clients, and attending client meetings.
Ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a legal or sales professional, outstanding people skills and a desire to succeed. Training will be provided. We offer a supportive base plus commission program with unlimited earning potential.
