MS Office & Legal Software Tips & Tricks - Testimonials

"I was so afraid of making a TOA with codes, it is something that has just been beyond my understanding for over four years now, but ever since taking this session, I actually understand it. I went home and did TOA on an old document, and I did it perfectly. This class was beyond valuable to me."
- Leah Hull

"Diana did a great job in sharing her vast knowledge and gearing the class to our specific needs. I found the information most helpful. What a great program! I will do my best to attend more classes."
- Penni Foley

"A very good seminar with important content. Effective, thorough, knowledgeable and Angela and Nicole were excellent speakers who kept the group’s attention. Seminar materials beneficial to all aspiring to be on the mainstream of the legal industry; excellent review of key issues; presentation was very clear on how important the 8 seconds could be to draw the hiring person’s attention to a resume. Great info - reinforces things that we know but tend to forget. Thanks and great job!"
- Lynne Amerson

"The training sessions are direct, to the topic and extremely useful. Questions are thoroughly covered. In addition to the training , the workbooks given provide an extremely useful tool for future reference and usually cover more than the actual session. It is a very good use of your lunch hour - the food is good, too!"
- Beverly Schuberth

"Diana is very clear and concise. I appreciate learning the ‘right’ way to do it!"
- Korin Becraft

"The training sessions provided by Davidson Legal Staffing are the most unique and helpful I have experienced in more than 25 years as an administrator. This program truly represents a unique dedication to the legal community."
- Ann Harvey

"Diana, I just wanted to email you to let you know that we love these classes. We've learned more in the lunchtime classes than attending full day classes elsewhere. Kristina and I attended several of the Word classes and I sent a couple of our legal assistants to the Legal Solutions/Westlaw class. Next year I plan to have them also attend the Word classes."
- Rebecca L. Carter

"I think you saved my sanity as I simply could not figure out how to get that 135 page lease to work. I was thinking that our software was installed wrong here at the City Attorney's Office and even called our tech people (who couldn't figure it out either). But you did and then I came back to work and applied what you taught me and it worked perfectly. Everyone was amazed. You are truly a genius and I cannot begin to thank you enough... Thank you, thank you again and again for the great classes and the wonderful help you gave to Vicky and me."
- Diane Mansfield

"Thank you for offering this extremely useful training. It is especially appreciated by those of us who work at firms that do not provide any instruction, training or refresher courses."
- Erika Calderon

"In one hour I learned some very key elements for generating and correcting a Table of Authorities. This information will save me numerous hours in the future."
- Bobbie Marsh

"The hour long seminar is an excellent idea. Too many times computer training seminars take up too much valuable secretarial time. Focusing on one to two topics is a wonderful idea. The handouts have found a permanent home in my secretarial notebook. Thank you!"
- Melanie Cleveland

"I thought that you were very knowledgeable with Word from a legal secretary perspective. It is always refreshing to be trained by someone who has worked as a legal secretary and can understand our work and needs."
- Lynn Ortiz

"I really appreciate the idea and concept behind your training sessions. A lot of firms are lacking in the training areas and still expect top notch performance and knowledge about the programs. Training sessions are few and far between throughout the industry and I feel it will make my job easier and I will have additional skills if I decide to move on. The training was informative and applicable to the work that I do daily. Instruction was clear and precise as well as understandable terminology. Thanks so much for offering it to our firm."
- Carol Parsley

"It was presented clearly and concisely, and covered two very important Word functions in just an hour."
- Sunny Dalton

"I am a relatively new Word user, so the session was very valuable to me. I appreciate the opportunity to learn new Word tricks, including shortcuts. The hand outs are especially useful, so I can review the material again after the session."
- Marcie Scott
