Davidson alleviates your concerns about utilizing contingent staffing by initiating a complete background check prior to referring a temporary contractor on assignment.
When assigning an employee to a client's office, we institute up to three separate searches of the employee's background:
Davidson ensures background checks are conducted properly with the specific written authorization of the applicant following a disclosure regarding their rights. The results are sent to the Davidson management team for review and approval or denial of the referral.
An adverse finding from one of these searches does not automatically bar employment. Davidson will make a decision based upon EEOC guidelines. The most important factor is the relationship of the nature of the conviction to the specific position the applicant is seeking. EEOC guidelines also indicate that consideration should be given to factors such as the age of the individual when the conviction occurred, the length of time since the conviction, and whether the individual is rehabilitated.
If you have any questions we haven't answered here regarding our Background Check Program, please contact us or call your local Davidson regional office.
"I will continue to make Davidson my first call. Thank you so much, you guys are great and I am 120% happy with the people you have sent us!"
