I can't tell you how many employers fail to sell their companies to candidates. The candidate is expected to sell him or herself, but you should also be selling to them. Offer competitive compensation and benefits if you want to attract and keep the best talent. Remember that there is a candidate shortage, and it will likely remain so for some time.
